Fee for Service:

• Intake appointment: $350.00/ 60-90 min 

• Follow-up appointment: $200.00/30min 

• Therapy session: $250.00/50 min

 

Fees are sliding scale dependent on income.

 

If you have out-of-network benefits, we can aid in helping you receive reimbursement by providing a superbill. A superbill is a receipt that shows diagnostic and billing codes that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

A fee of $50.00 will be charged for any no-show visits or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice. We kindly ask that you respect the time of Dr. Harris and other patients. This fee must be paid before any further services can be provided. Kahu Health reserves the right to terminate your care after three no-shows.

Medication Refill Policy:

Refills are provided for patients under active treatment who attend regular, scheduled appointments. Patients who have not been seen within 90 days cannot receive a refill prior to a follow-up appointment. Requests for refills made outside of appointments will incur a charge of $40.00, payable at the time of the request. Patients on controlled medications must be seen within 30 days in order to obtain a refill.

Statement of Policy:

Our primary focus at Kahu Health is to deliver high-quality psychiatric care to our patients. However, it's important to note that we do not offer long-term disability evaluations, legal or custodial determinations, or gender-affirming surgery evaluations at this time. If you require any of these specialized services, we recommend seeking out a provider who specializes in these areas.
